Mike Harrington is the Sustainability Engagement and Aronson Project Director at the Tishman Environment and Design Center, where they administer the Aronson Fellowship and Archive. Their work focuses on those two things.

They have worked across the environmental justice, design, and higher-education sustainability sectors, with a focus on implementing environmental and design justice principles in whatever work they have done. They are involved in leadership positions on boards and groups such as the Delta Institute, the Urban Design Forum, and are a member of the Food Justice Action Research Lab.

He manages Aronson-related projects. He is grounded in or driven by his experience growing up in an EJ community and seeing the harmful effects of environmental racism on his family and community.
