Event Description: 

Reimagining Science for All of Us: From Vision to Design brings together scientists, policymakers, advocates, funders, and community leaders to explore how we can build a more equitable, trusted, and durable science ecosystem in a time of rapid change. Building on NRDC's 2025 Climate Week conversation, this interactive session moves beyond diagnosing challenges to identifying practical solutions. Through a brief panel discussion and participatory workshop, attendees will examine how science is governed, funded, and used in policymaking, while generating actionable ideas for strengthening scientific institutions, advancing community-centered approaches, and ensuring science can effectively serve people, communities, and climate progress in the years ahead.

The event will be moderated by NRDC's Chief Science Officer Dr. Ticora V. Jones, with the following panelists:
